Vikram has more than 15 years of legal experience ranging from private equity, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and corporate/commercial matters to dispute resolution. He has successfully advised many multi-national companies to achieve their goals and intents while being compliant with law. He is a graduate from Symbiosis Law School (2003) and has an LLM degree from the University of Pennsylvania Law School (2009).

Vikram is the go to person of the Firm, when it comes to day to day corporate advisory for companies, strategizing and structuring joint ventures. He keenly and regularly works on transactions which involve Private Equity investments and is well versed in this area of practice as well. Prior to establishing the Firm, Vikram was in a top tier firm in Tokyo, Japan, where he was regularly advising Japanese business on their investments and establishments in India.
