Poonam is considered the expert, go-to practitioner for Employment & Labour. She has honed her expertise by representing numerous multinationals and national clients before various judicial authorities, labour authorities, Labour Courts, Civil Courts and High Courts and, by advising extensively in the areas of enforcement of non-competitive clause, dismissal, data privacy, harassment, M&A employee transfers and industrial relations.

She has experience in drafting employment related policies including but not limited to employee handbook, prevention of sexual harassment policy, equal opportunity policy, etc., agreements and documents related to employment, service and contractual agreements, pleadings to be filed before the court including replies, writ petitions, applications, appeals, etc.

As part of transaction team, Poonam has led labour and employment due diligence, drafting of DD report and transaction documents and has conducted vendor audits also.
