Krishnan is our in-house Company Secretary (which is a qualification required under the Indian Companies Act of 2013) assisting in all transaction requiring reporting with the authorities. His assistance is especially useful in case of Foreign Direct Investments into India wherein legal compliances are quite a bit. In such cases the reporting requirements are taken care of by Krishnan to ensure that the investing company is all the time complaint with the reporting requirement under the various statutes and notifications.
