Abhishek Mishra

Abhishek has over 14 years of experience in dealing with Indirect tax matters and is part of the Direct/Indirect tax practice of the Firm. He is a law graduate from the Delhi University and is from 2007 batch of its law faculty.

Prior to joining this Firm, Abhishek was designated and serving as Director in a Big Four Firm. He was also associated with another Big Four Firm as a Senior Manager in the Indirect tax team. Apart from that, Abhishek has served in Industry as well as in Law firm.

His experience includes advising domestic and foreign entities on implications under GST and Customs laws in respect of tax liability, availability of exemptions, Input Tax Credit etc. Undertaking transaction / bid structuring from Indirect tax perspective; Undertaking litigation and audit involving GST laws, Customs laws, erstwhile laws such as Service tax, VAT /CST etc.; GST and Customs compliances.
